Can you explain the process from start to finish?

Step 1. Contact us.

Either give us a call, or complete the short form on our contact page about your needs to get a quote.

Step 2. Send your art.
Email us your artwork or let us know whether you would like our designers to create custom artwork for your shirts.

Step 3. Approve quote.
We’ll arrange an appointment with you to discuss your project in more detail so that we can provide you with both a quote and a digital mock-up of the final product.

Step 4. Payment.
If you are happy with the digital sample, we will start production as soon as you make the order payment.

Step 5: Printing

Vinyl and DTF printing orders take same to 5 business days, while screen printing can take up to 10 business days depending on the number of shirts and complexity of the design.

Step 6: Delivery

The order can be picked up or delivered if local. Or if located further away, shipping is provided at the lowest cost available.

What is the standard turnaround time for apparel orders?

Typical orders will take 5-10 business days from the time you approve final design to pickup/delivery of the apparel. This will vary based on your order criteria and the printing method. This will be discussed during the ordering process.

Can I rush my order?

Yes, rush orders are sometimes an option depending on your needs. All rush orders (apparel needed in less than 10 days from the time of initial contact with Stockton Rags) are subject to a rush fee.

Can I supply my own blank items for printing?

You may supply your own garments only if you are able to provide extra items of the apparel desired. This extra amount accounts for any damages, inconsistencies, or testing. We are not responsible for damaged items provided by customers.

What format should I upload my artwork in?

Vector, or EPS files are preferred to provide the highest quality. We can accept PNG or JPEG files if the quality is high enough. We will evaluate your artwork to determine if it will need to be redesigned at a higher quality.

Can you design my artwork for me?

Absolutely. If you have an idea of what you want, we can provide some mock ups and work out the final design together. Artwork design will typically be billed at a flat rate of $50.

What is your standard order minimum?

We can work with any order quantity order depending on your design and needs. Due to the nature of the screen-printing process, we will not screen-print less than 15 items.

Can I have just one shirt print printed?

We can use Direct-To-Fabric (DTF) or Heat Press Vinyl on single orders, but not screen-printing.

When is payment due?

Payment for most order is due before printing begins. Depending on the size of the order, we may ask for a 50% deposit prior to printing and the remainder due on delivery.

What brands do you offer?

The products page has more information regarding the typical products used for printing. If you have a preference of other brands, we can accomodate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by check, cash, PayPal, or Venmo.
